I'm having an issue adding a 2nd PRI. I'm guessing it's something obvious and I'm hoping a fresh pair of eyes can pick out the issue.  The PRI on 0/0/0 works fine but the PRI on 0/0/1 continually flips between AWAITING_ESTABLISHMENT and TEI_ASSIGNED....
