DearsI was proposing a Cisco IP Phones 6800 series, hence these IP phones are not supported on CUCM 12.X, hence it is in datasheet it is mentioned as a multiplatform ip phone , can anybody explain me where i can use these IP phones  Thanks

We have purchased the Enhanced to CUWL migration SKU  (MIGE-UWL-12X-STD) How do you go about getting the CUWL licenses fullfilled to the SmartAccount? All the Expressway and other licenses where fulfilled but the CUWL licenses did not populate.
