We changed UCM 9.1 server name from ip address to hostname. Then we lost the "Corporate Directory" , got "Host not found" error.
It resolved the issue by delete ITL.
Questions:
- do we need to delete ITL after change hostname from ip? ...
Since two moths my CUCM 9.0 is not registering the outgoing calls. When I generate a CDR report, it only show incoming calls.
